1. Our Quality Control Department
IMTC-MEI has an excellent Quality Control Department which maintains the existing quality control programs and traditions in order to hold the job to the internal standards of IMTC-MEI. In 2008, we recorded only 145 needed repairs in more than 36,000 welds. The flange make-ups were even better, with only a 0.1% deficiency ratio.
The QC Department is constantly evolving and creating new programs in an effort to exceed the quality expectations of the past. As long as there is room for improvement, IMTC-MEI will find a way to reach new heights in the aspect of quality in the field as well as in the office. 2. Our Great Employees
The best laid plans are dependent upon those who put them into action. IMTC-MEI realizes the importance of staffing a job with qualified employees who have proven themselves capable of consistently providing a certain level of quality. Throughout the years we have collected a database of employees we can depend upon to execute projects safely and provide a standard in quality only found through IMTC-MEI. We constantly look for new talent in the industry to add to our archives. For example, IMTC-MEI welders are tested to meet and exceed industry standards. Our system of management creates a flow of information that assists in the development in high quality work.
